modern rooms available chairs
the hotel rooms was modern and air conditioned, i loved it. we always found available sunbathing chairs near the pools, it was awesome.
the pillows are super soft and my neck did hurt.

convenient location beach proximity limited choices costly all-inclusive
the location proved convenient, particularly its proximity to the beach. it felt almost private.
the all-inclusive option seemed not worth the extra cost. the choices were limited, more like a full-board arrangement. only house wine was included, and even water wasn't part of the dinner service.

mixed feelings about my stay
outdated aircon terrible bathroom
the pools are nice and the beach is close by, convenient.
The room was a letdown. It felt old and not very clean. the bathroom was especially bad, with a stained toilet seat and mirrors that looked like they were falling apart. the air conditioning was also outdated and didn't work well.

mixed feelings about my stay
thin walls inconvenient gym
I found the noise levels quite high. the walls seemed thin, and i could hear conversations and other disturbances from neighboring rooms often. also, the advertised gym was not actually on the premises. it was located in a nearby hotel and required a pass from reception. This felt inconvenient and not as advertised, i wasn't happy about that.

distant room artificial drinks
The hotel is located right next to the beach which is convenient the wifi worked well in the room.
Our room was far from the main facilities it was quite a walk to reach the restaurants and pools I requested a quiet room but it was next to a noisy service area the staff didn't seem concerned about my request. The all-inclusive drinks were of poor quality they tasted artificial and watered down I ended up buying drinks elsewhere.

sea front daily cleaning rude staff ignorant staff
The location was AMAZING!!! It was right on the sea front, and the room overlooked the water. Fresh towels was EVERY day, and the room received daily cleaning.
Some waiting staff in the main restaurant were rude. Some bar staff were also ignorant and looked like they didn't want to be there.

The all inclusive setup was very convenient. I enjoyed the diverse options for food. The staff was always friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. There were many activities available for children and a selection of swimming pools to use.
The pillows in the room were too soft, which caused some neck discomfort after a few nights.
